SHVM 2026 :: Sign up

To participate in the SHVM 2026 Annual Meeting, you must create an account; to do so, please access this page.

This applies to all participants, except invited speakers, who have been already pre-registered and are requested not to create another account; members of the organising committee should also sign up. Once you create an account, you will receive an automatic confirmation message by e-mail; amongst other information, it contains your reference code—please keep it for future use and to access your personal mySHVM2026 area. Through this personal area, you will be able to:

submit and edit your abstract at any time (until the submission deadline)
upload your 1-min video (only for EIA competition)
select your participation package
register an accompanying person. N.B. Accompanying persons should not process an autonomous registration
process your payment (if applicable)
indicate your diet preferences
download your certificate of attendance
