Getting there

If you fly into Osaka’s Kansai International Airport, a convenient way to reach the RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka (next door to the convention centre where our meeting will be held) is to take the JR Haruka express train to Osaka Station (approximately 45–50 minutes). Tickets can be reserved here:

At Osaka Station, make your way to the hotel’s complimentary shuttle bus stop near the Sakurabashi Exit, on the west side of the station. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes between 07:45 and 22:30, and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes. For more details check the hotel website here. Alternatively, take a taxi from the station to the hotel.

Please note that a taxi directly from Kansai Airport to the hotel will be considerably more expensive (possibly over 200 USD).
